Of course, eating everyday is apart of good health, however, looking good is also very important to your health, fashion health not physical health.
Like the comedian Billy Crystal used to say "it's better to look good than it is to feel good". That might be taking things a bit too far but I can't totally disagree with Billy Crystal, looking good is important.
